We have a specialized tool called ICC (Internet Communication Center).
Please see if this tool is available in your CMS package and use it instead of sending many emails via SMTP.

Note: Spamming is taken even more seriously when using that tool (ICC) as it can block our business operations.
We will block anyone with the slightest doubt of spamming.
If Unsolicited emails is your business, then we kindly request you to look elsewhere.
