Yes you can.
It is highly un-recommended though. We will let it pass our servers but others may block it due to large size of the email.
We suggest that you put a file on a FTP server and send a link instead.
If you have real-needs for sending large files then get in touch with us and we can offer you a mail+ftp solution in one package.
